Are you someone who strongly believes in mind power? Because I do and I believe that with proper usage of mind power we can be successful.

Know what you want and pursue them. Be optimistic and know how to set goals. Sooner or later you will be surprised that you are almost there because you have worked hard to reach the top. Set in your subconscious mind that you want something and that ?something? must be a motivation that something must be done.

Another thing about mind power, you will not achieve something if you are not serious about your dream and if you do not focus to your goals and desires. Go find a direction and know your priorities. Be responsible enough to work things out with concentration and eagerness to fulfill your task. Life is not about being easy and worthless; you have to exert effort and hard work.

It is natural to undergo some challenges along the way. Use these imperfections to learn and become more successful. Let mistakes pass by and embrace them with all your heart; they will actually make you even stronger and eager to pursue on your dreams. Make other successful businessman and businesswoman your guiding stars, bear in mind that they also started like you. We cannot perfect things overnight, it would take longer time, so be patient and work harder is possible while waiting for that dream of yours. Set proper attitude because this can help you. Think of this, if you are eager motivate yourself more, then put into action what you think you can do to help you walk up to your dreams, while on that direction don?t allow distractions just go straight up and be more determined to reach the peak. There will be times that you will be facing conflicts and problem, don?t let those negative things pull you down, just continue and love what you are doing. If you think that there are certain formulas behind mind power then you are wrong. There are no such things like that because the only key to success is to let them work with you while you are struggling to achieve your dreams. If you’ve ever seen the old movie, ‘Field of Dreams,’ you might remember the saying, ‘If you build it, they will come.’ You have your own field of dreams, and that is your subconscious mind. In this case, ‘If you think it, it will come.’

Through understanding how your own subconscious mind power works you will be able to change every aspect of your life that you are unhappy with. The power of your mind is amazing. There are no limits to what you can achieve if you are able to take control of this power.

I apologize if you haven’t seen this movie before, but trust me, I didn’t really give that much away. It’s a great feel good story and one that can teach us a valuable lesson about subconscious mind power. If you truly believe in what it tells you, then it will happen. However, you must train it to change your life for the better, not for worse.

Studies show that often the placebo was as effective as the real medication in helping the patient. Scientists have looked at the phenomenon of subconscious mind power for quite some time now. Just understanding the whole process is a masterful thing in itself, but utilizing it can make all the difference in your life.

Or, let’s take another example. Perhaps you’ve gone to the doctor to get a medication for something that’s wrong with you. You may have noticed that although a doctor will tell you what the side effects are, he or she will usually minimize them to at least some extent. We could go on and on, but if the individuals related to those topics utilized the hidden secrets in the subconscious mind, maybe things would have been different.

When you’re ready to start training your subconscious mind, you have two choices available. The fist is to simply close your eyes and picture whatever it is you desire. If you want to spend more time with the kids, then your visualization should be about you laughing and playing with them in yard, during the middle of the week when you would normally be at work. You can make the visualization any way you want as long as it’s a positive outlook.

Another way to visualize that’s very effective, as well as with the first technique, is to create a physical picture of what you want. For example, if you want a new car, you can find a picture of the car you want in a magazine or something similar. Put that picture on your refrigerator so that you see it several times a day. Or, better yet, have a friend take a picture of you standing next to that car. As you see that picture of you standing next to that car over and over again, it eventually becomes imprinted on your subconscious mind that you are to have that car, and you eventually will have it as a reality.

People have known about the power of the subconscious mind for many years, and many have used it to their benefit. Only recently, though, has science begun to understand how very real this process is.

A scientific field called quantum physics has shown that matter is no longer solid at the subatomic level and simply becomes pure energy. And, quantum physics has shown that the mind can actually manipulate this energy. In fact, quantum physics has actually proven that the energy itself does not exist UNLESS it is observed.

This is probably a lot to take in the first time around, but when you understand it more you’ll be able to tap into the power that the subconscious mind holds. Research has shown that we only use an average of 10% of the full capacity of our mind power. This means the remaining 90% of your full potential remains untapped. Can you even imagine what you’d be capable of if you could access even a small portion of that remaining potential?

What is meant by power of mind? For a long time, scientists have known that there are people who can access these different parts of the unconscious mind and have a variety of abilities, perceptions and strengths. These abilities can include extrasensory and psychic abilities as well.

The emergence of these abilities in some people doesn’t make them special or different. Every human being on the planet has the ability to access portions of the unconscious mind to tap into various powers and gifts.

Over the years we have developed an agreement that everyone has a subconscious mind. In fact, you often find criminals who blame their actions on the subconscious mind and enter insanity pleas to get out of trouble. Then there are those who don’t even think about it, and just believe that everything is a coincidence. Whatever the case may be in your situation, those thoughts can be either positive or negative.

Despite the best efforts of some professionals, we all acknowledge the subconscious mind. It is the mind within the mind. It is the control board that directs our actions and our thoughts. It is the voice in your head that you hear when you are faced with a difficult or challenging situation. The script that our subconscious speaks to us is as unique as each individual in the world. Your subconscious mind is not the same as mine. Even if we were raised in the same house, under the same circumstances with the same parents. Your inner voice is just that, it is yours.

Understanding it all is probably the most difficult portion to training the subconscious mind. You have to be as knowledgeable about this topic and how your mind works before you can put anything into action. The easiest way to explain your subconscious mind power is by telling you it’s that voice you hear without anything being said. It’s kind of like that gut feeling you get when something isn’t right.

Unfortunately, people tend to overlook their subconscious mind even though most of the thoughts are negative. So if we do create our own reality with our subconscious mind, then with practice we can choose what kind of reality we experience! Some of the richest people in the world throughout history have realized this fact and have manifested incredible wealth by consistently visualizing clearly exactly what they want and communicating this to their subconscious mind.

Remember when Kevin Costner started hearing voices in the Field of Dreams movie? While his family was struggling to make ends meet, these voices were saying, ‘If you build it they will come.’ Eventually it came to pass that he thought these inner voices were telling him to build a baseball field. This inner voice was his subconscious mind talking.

See, the power to create the life of your dreams, to change the person you are, to change the way things are in your life is all in your mind. The power of the mind is a beautiful thing, honestly. The mind has the power to heal us, to transcend us? to make us feel good or make us feel bad. The subconscious mind power that each of us have is enough to completely change the world? if we all would only take control of that power.

Sceptical, probably, allow me to give you a few examples of subconscious mind power at work. One of my favorite examples to give is scientific, medically actually. This example is offered because the results have been documented time and time again. It is the Placebo Effect. Most commonly this term is used when medication trials are taking place. You have the control group, which are given a sugar pill (or placebo) and then the study group who get the actual med. Both groups are told what the medication is for and what it should do for them. Neither group knows if they are getting the actual medication or the placebo.

Testing things this way allows the observers to understand the intensity of the real drug, and the benefits from thinking you’re taking a cure. It’s kind of like in the old days when people were given peppermint pills thinking they were real medicine. Oddly enough they ended up getting better, which is why the power of the subconscious mind can be unbelievable.

Think about this. When you go to the doctor and you are prescribed a new medication does the doctor tell you the side effects? If your doctor does then he/she is a rarity. You could be thinking that they are not doing their job. Actually they are. They know how powerful the mind is. They know that if they suggest that negative things could happen that you will either not take the medication or you will take it and get the side effects no matter how rare.

This suggestive power, and your subconscious mind power, used in concert, can unlock great potentials for you. It can work in the every day realm as readily as it does in the realm of medicine. This power of suggestion, the belief that if you focus on positive outcomes, you’ll get positive results, has been part of self help books since the 19th century, and is currently called the Law of Attraction.

While focusing on your positive thoughts of the inner mind is a good approach, others tend to take a different route. In today’s world it seems that most people turn to using visualization to alter the way their mind sees things. This is can either be done by closing your eyes and picturing it, or see it in the flesh.

We recommend trying the physical picture. A great way to do this is by cutting out a picture of what you want in life. It may be a new car, money, or even your dream home. Then start looking at it everyday. Maybe you place one picture at work, one at home, and one in the car. In doing this you will allow the subconscious mind to take shape and understand what you want next. In time you will be able to make your vision a reality.

Even though this has been known for centuries, it’s taken our world this long to embrace it. Scientists from all around the world are beginning to understand the positive effects this can have on your life.

Over the years, quantum physics has shed light on the ability to manipulate your pure energy with the mind. Oddly enough, it has also shown us that the energy wouldn’t even exist if not for the mind of the observer.

So matter/energy only exists because it is being observed; in other words it is the mind which is responsible for the matter existing - not the other way around. All matter and hence all reality has been proven to be a creation of our mind. This is the true meaning of ’subconscious mind power’!

Long before our time, ancient religions lived by their understanding of the subconscious mind. Those who were dedicated to their beliefs even transformed the subconscious mind into powers beyond the thought of man. Some may believe its religion, some may believe its science, but in the end just acknowledging that it’s there is important.

What it comes down to is figuring out whether or not it’s for you. If you could change your life by thinking about it, wouldn’t you at least try it? Just try it out for the next week by simply using the affirmations process. When you’ve implanted this into your daily routine, move on to the visualization techniques we discussed earlier. The end result is you’ll be training and developing the subconscious mind the way it was supposed to be used.

In the ’80s, the United Negro College Fund ran a series of television and radio spots with the slogan ‘A mind is a terrible thing to waste.’ That slogan goes beyond getting minorities into colleges, and on to every day life. Your mind is the most powerful tool you have to create the life you want. The power of mind is everything!

Touching on this ‘power of mind‘ idea is the ‘The Secret’. Millions have bought the book, more than that have watched the movie, and by now, the Internet is flooded with people trying to get you to believe in the Law of Attraction, which is that principle laid bare. Whatever you think about in your attitudes will manifest itself in your life, and that includes what happens when you aren’t paying attention to your attitude, too. It works whether you want it to or not.

In the medical world, this is known as the Placebo Effect; people who are told they’re taking a medicine will get the benefits of that medicine even if they’re given a sugar pill. This happens about 40% of the time and is something clinical trials have to correct for. Similarly, the adage of ‘Mind Over Matter’ holds some credence as well. This is how you’ve seen people think themselves sick, or think themselves well. Mind power is incredible!

Over a period of time those individuals are studied on how they react to the drug. You’ve probably seen this in others around your local area, but the fact is some of the people taking a placebo get cured or at least better. While this is great, there are some individuals that get wind of the side effects and end up contracting them even though they’ve only taken a placebo. Listen, it’s not a coincidence because everything happens for a reason.

Quantum mechanics talks about the ‘observer effect’ and how information in the system alters the outcomes. While the link between quantum mechanics and The Secret is tenuous, the same guiding principle applies to the Law of Attraction. Your ability to observe the universe alters it.

You’ve probably seen television shows, movies, or even reality documentaries like ‘The Secret,’ that deals with ESP, Telepathy, Remote Viewing, and Psychic phenomenons. Even though many of us believe this to be phony television, it’s actually part of the quantum physics theory. In short, nothing is solid and instead energy that is created by our minds.

Now, the problems you’ll have to deal with all revolve around you. Those inner voice thoughts will be negative and positive in the beginning. So it’s your job to decide on what you’re going to listen to and take advantage of each day. Are you going to go with the negative flow and stay in your rut? The decision is up to you, but it will take a little effort.

The first thing is to have a goal. Without goals people tend to walk through life without meaning. Seriously, if you don’t have anything to accomplish, then you become stagnate and pretty much in limbo. If you have a goal then you have something to work towards that is attainable over a period of time. It could be a couple days, a week, a month, or even years before you accomplish it. What it comes down to is how big your goal is to accomplish.

It’s also important to understand that people use the power of the mind everyday. Most notably are people like Donald Trump, Bill Gates, and other celebrities who didn’t always have everything given to them. What it comes down to is they went out and took what was theirs. However, it doesn’t have to be a celebrity to see who uses the power within the subconscious mind. Just look at some of your co-workers and you’ll be able to tell who does and who doesn’t.

Just think if you could influence your mind to quit smoking, lose weight, make more money, or by that dream home. They are all great things to think about right? Sure, but don’t let it stop with self-improvement. Maybe you want to take the family on that long needed vacation or just get a new set of tires for your worn out vehicle. Obviously you’re going to have to organize your life a little, but with constant affirmation it will keep you motivated throughout the entire process.

Even if you want to purchase a new home you’ll have to plan. Finding different mortgage rates, checking the neighborhood safety, school district, and figuring out the how much money you’ll need are all important factors. Then all of the sudden that dream home goes up on the market. The process to purchase it ends up being much easier then if you would have just kept on dreaming.

All you have to do is put your mind to it. Once you train it to change your life for the better, it will actually start happening. The only question is whether or not you’re ready to make that leap.
