If your acid reflux is in order with just cutting back on some eating then congratulations.  You should be just fine with your present diet.  many of us need to analyze what we are eating and cut something out fully.  For example high-fat, spicy, caffeinated and alcohol could cause your gut to provide a lot more acid to digest it.  So cutting down or moving any of those foods can also help your acid reflux illness diet. 

This is particularly critical for if you start cutting out food groups, you do not want to go back and start binging on greasy and greasy foods, because you cut them out too quick and couldn’t fight the desire.
