Feeling good about one self is the main reason for people to lose weight. Gaining self esteem in front of colleagues is one the reason for weight loss. Due to reasons explained above, many people is looking for the best way to lose weight.
By hooking myself into the public, I have tried to loose weight just to impress my friends. Passing through work out in many times, I start to realize the problem in my weight loss attempt. I just want to live longer with my family. No one should neglect their health because it is the most important thing in your life.
From my research, there are at least 4 ways to reduce the weight.
1. Food
2. Exercise
3. Pills
4. Surgery
From these methods, I always recommend people to start with natural ones first. Long term solution is always my main factor when choosing anything. I do not recommend short term solution like having diet pills because it does not solve problem.
Out of these 4 methods, I will always go with good workout and nutrients for my daily life. It seems hard at first because you have to change your habit. Having bad habits is the major cause of this problem. Most people cannot stop their eating desire. We have lose to desire in eating.
Pull yourself up. Get your mind over you stomach. Change just simple routine in your life is the best way to lose weight. Let’s examine our diet problem. Consuming too much food is the major cause of plump bodies. One test might be able to prove this assumption. Cutting dinner for 1 month with no exercise. Food in lunch and noon are still the same. My weight reduced over 15 pounds in just one month. No meats and carbohydrates at night are the first step for anyone.
Cut down food you have will essentially cut down your calorie consumption. By definition, calorie is an unit of energy for our body usage. It is important. Everyones need it but like everything in life too much equal bad. Having too many calories can increase your body fat level which ,in turn, will increase your weight.
Maintaining your weight is the next step everyone should do after you can lose your weight. The most affordable way in doing this is to do some exercises. The best type of exercise is called cardio work out. Cardio will help increasing your heart beat. Physicians suggest that we should have cardio workout at least half and hour per day. No luxury exercise equipment for our workout. Only your motivation is enough for doing the exercised. I recommend you to start with jogging first because it is easy to everyone and doesn’t require too many equipments. You just need one good shoes for this activity.
I can summarize the best way to lose weight into one singing word. Your encouragement. Just do it and you will get healthy body.
